Purchases Were Made Through My First Squidoo Lens!

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to share this with you as I am so, so excited! I had just checked my Squidoo Lens, http://www.squidoo.com/how-to-teach-children-to-read-by-age-three, and saw that there were 4 purchases which were made through my lens when I clicked on the "Royalties" tab.
But I have a question for the experienced Squidoo lenswriters out there. Why is it then when I click on the "Earnings" tab, it shows as $0.00? (Was I excited over nothing?) I had actually chosen a combination of cash and a bit towards charity, is this the reason why, or is it because it takes a while for the Earnings to register? Am pretty new to Squidoo, so really look forward to your advice on this.
