I try closing my browser and then opening with a new browser. Yes, my site was down a few minutes as well. Cindy
I launch my website from within WA and looking at the details there is no www so it is possible it is a error with WA host.I have emailed support so hopefully they will get back to me.I do not experience this with the free rubix sites
Tonight around 11:00 pm cost I tried to submit a ticket. Basically I am getting the redirect loop when I log into my website so I cannot connect but there is no problem with the Rubixsite
This happened to me when I tried to insert the 'www.' into my site URL on the setting page in Wordpress.
You could try sending an email to support@wealthyaffiliate.com.
Yesterday there was about an hour during which I couldn't access WA. downforeveryoneorjustme.com said the site was down - don't know if it actually was or not. But that happened. Since then I haven't had any troubles.
When did you try to submit the ticket?
Have you created a ticket with hosting support?
If you go to Websites and Hosting and the Support Ticket tab along the top can you create a ticket?. They can take a few hours to respond.
When you say nothing happens - don't know quite what you're saying. The support isn't instant - or do you mean it won't actually submit.

Add a comment...Hello "FixMyHome" - Yes this problem is a result of an "Indented header within your URL. You may have done it accidently without you even realizing it. You don't need the "www" only the "http://" and then your website name. You will now need the support ticket to fix it. I hope this helps - Cheers.
