How do you write posts online each day, averaging words of 1500+, while also being genuine and helpful?

I can only seem to write one post per week, or even per two weeks

always keep your publishing content frequency located in the site manager section at 100% which is 3 posts per week and you will be fine.it should never drop below 90% if you can't maintain the 100% threshold

pubkishing 1 post per week is way too little, and 2 should be the absolute mininum when getting started.

over time you will be able to write at a quicker pace, remember it doesn't have to be perfect so try not to over think things.

Also, not every post has to be exactly 1,500 words. its ok to mix it up with shorter 900 word blogs as long as your content is rich with information.

hope this helps

Thank you so much, Mduhamel! I'll take your advice a use it for sure! Hope all is going well for you.

-- Tony

One a week is good or two a week, doesn't matter as long as they are quality posts and have some benefit. Don't worry about people who write at will, you can still be as successful.

Thank you, Rex! I will keep at what I'm doing and improve from there.

-- Tony

You don't need to write a post a day. You need to write as many quality posts as you can, preferably all your posts will provide value for the audience :)

You are not slow, just trust yourself and go with your own pace.

Sometimes it can seem that it takes forever to decide on the topic and outlines...

I appreciate it, Santuno! I'm just so eager to pump out content to see my first sale or the start of ongoing sales on my site.

-- Tony

Tony, One a week is great buddy. You will get the hang of it. If you chose a niche that you are passionate about, the ideas will come. Just keep on pushing. Set yourself some goals even if it is writing a page a day. It will come. Don't stress about it.

Have fun

Hey all,

Ever since mid-January I have trucked along through WA seemlessly and very happy throughout the whole process.

Now, I am struggling and do not feel the sa

Hi Tony,

Don't give up. I can't add much to what everyone else has already said to you except that they are all correct.

Here is what I read when in your state: Read other success stories here at WA, there's loads of them with one thing in common - the struggle before the success. Patience, success is around the corner. Sometimes a long corner, but it's there waiting for you.

You are still in early stages but your posts are excellent. They will rank and get traffic, no doubt about it.

For ideas on writing posts, search Google and read what others in your niche are writing about. Don't copy, just gain ideas. All of a sudden your brain takes over. Believe me, I've been there and it seems like you've written everything that can be written. Then you stumble upon someone else's blog and bingo, there isn't enough time to write about all the new ideas that have popped into your head.

Best of luck to you and keep working.

Ed

I appreciate the support that you are giving me to stay patient and to remain vigilant in the face of adversity.

The mere mention of reviewing what others write about in my niche is something that I had not thought about at all. Which will most definitely give me direction when I am stumped.

-- Tony

Well, you are definitely in a good niche, and that's the first step to creating a "long term online business".

I know that is the point that is most often missed by people, especially those who spending money that "could" be used else where.

There's a lot to learn and many people are put off by seeing how others are reporting that they made a sale.

I clicked on your site, went through several pages, and couldn't find a link to an affiliate product or anything to buy? I don't know if I missed them or they weren't there?

I would say that you can say you are good at writing post!

And I can definitely say that you are well able to help people with what you are writing on your site.

I have no idea if your children are going hungry from the INVESTMENT here at WA or not. If you're electricity bill is not being paid because of this money, I would definitely leave.

Whatever you do, I would say that you aren't nearly deep enough into the lessons to decide if you are successful or not.

And your content is great, but there is a lot to learn and monetizing your site is in there somewhere.

Best to you no matter what your decision is!

As of the moment it seems that learning how to monetize my website is the decision I am left with now.

Thank you for the kind review on the quality of my website/content as well!

I'll make my decision here in due time.

-- Tony

I agree with everyone here. As kdforsman says, if you can upgrade to yearly, it will save you some $$.

Otherwise, I have been there, and on occasion go back there. By "there" I mean self doubt. Every time I write a post, or am doing research on a post, I come across websites that are "prettier" than mine, or written with incredible eloquence. Then I remind myself, that they probably paid for the post, and mine will be from the heart. Okay, not everyone is paying for their content, but it makes me feel better :)

Then at then end of the day, I look at what I have written, with my own experiences shining through, and I think "That's pretty good after all".

For me, it's just taking a step back after the initial bad thoughts creep in.

I know this takes time and I have to remind myself this not a race. I am in it for the long haul. So many people are not successful simply because they don't follow through. From everything I keep hearing it takes at least 6 months to see some results. I am on my third website, due to various reasons, and this one is the one I am finally passionate about. I have been at WA for a year and a half, and I have started over a couple of times. I have not yet seen the fruits of my labor (my new site is only 3 months old), but I am not going to give up.

If I can encourage you to keep going, we can do this together!

Thanks for the encouragement, Skmorrow! Even though you have not earned an income yet, I still feel uplifted by your will to continue going within WA to succeed.

Like you said, we're in it for the long haul!

-- Tony

You sell yourself short when you say you "have never really been able to say" that you have been good at something. Take some quiet time and think about your life. Start writing down every decision you made that was right, every accomplishment, no matter how small, and every time you felt good about something you have done. Start with your mate and move backwards. Trust me. You will benefit from this experience and be able to move forward with confidence!

Thank you, Tanya. Your suggestion will definitely take time for me as I am a very complicated inside my mind when it comes to "retracing my steps" in what I have accomplished in life.

I'll take some time to reflect!

-- Tony

Great advice, I am glad I stumbled upon your response!

You are welcome. Once you decide to engage in some positive thinking those accomplishments will go flying toward you!

Thanks, Steve. I am glad you liked it.

Hello, Joey.

Let me first reiterate what each of the others has already stated. Beyond that, let me say this: Virtually every other WA member has been where you are. Doubt creeps in! Weariness rears its ugly snout! Uncertainty becomes an almost constant companion! Finances take a hit!

Yep! We've all been there! In fact, some of that is with me today...even as I write this.

Some will quit! Others will not! The difference?! Those who don't quit are able to refocus! They are able to remember the goals they set for themselves in the beginning. They can visualize their future successes! They desperately want a better life for themselves and their families and know that it will take considerable sacrifice to get there. But they are willing to sacrifice because they understand the importance of doing so.

When I look at your website, I can see, without a doubt, that you have it within you to be one of the ones who DOES NOT QUIT! Success at affiliate marketing takes passion! Your website exudes passion! You obviously put a lot of work into it. Please don't let that go to waste.

You see, one of the great things about affiliate marketing is that, although it takes a lot of work on the front end, your efforts can pay off many months and years later with minimal effort. How close you are to that point, I cannot say, but don't put yourself in a situation where you will kick yourself later.

You can do this! It may take some time, but it will pay off. I wish you continued success. Hang in there.

Joshua

Thank you for the words of remembrance towards the passion I exude into/upon my website. I struggle a lot with staying in a certain spot in life when I just want to simply give up; I always give up when things get tough, but with WA I feel something magnetic, almost as if I am always pulled back to WA.

It's probably because this is the first time I have actually seen a possibility of making success with my own hands instead of letting everything make decisions for me.

The support you're giving me now only adds to the magnetism that I feel towards this community and towards the success WA is obviously allowing me to see for myself.

I won't forget what you've said, Joshua.

-- Tony

Hi Tony, i did say congratulations because i believe you have a good site up and running and its something to be grateful for. And the fact that you have gotten this far in so short a time, should be something to keep you going.
It would be great if you got rid of this last sentence in your post" I dont see how it will". You know why? Cause that's pessimissm!! I mean ERASE IT TOTALLY FROM YOUR MINDSET. For as long as you have that, you will never see anything you do as good enough nor have the will to carry on.. that brings you back to am i good at this or can i help you with that...
Just believe in your self! Believe in your passion! Believe you are already helping people with that site you created and keep doing what you love to do. Also go through the neccesary training on how to monetise your site and get the best result there is.
When i feel discouraged at any point, what i do is go through the blogs or post of some members that have been here much longer, read what they went through too before getting where they are today and that gives me the courage i need to carry on.
Just dont give up and am sure that with time you will write a blog about this day and how far you've come from it. Cheers.

Thank you, Nnakife. I am as stubborn as a bull when it comes to erasing pessimism from my every thought.

I can be the positive light that others love to hear from, but with everything I say, pessimism stands in the corner at the back of my mind and thinks of the next attack it will make upon my joy.

Nothing is really as bad as it seems if you believe that it (what seems bad) is actually something good for you. You simply just have to overlook what it is that you're afraid of, of the seemingly bad thing, and learn how to FINALLY overcome that obstacle.

I'll erase that pessimism from my mind, Nnakife.

-- Tony

Hello Joey:

You got to hang in there. You are definitely not alone... It is definitely a world of discipline here with what with got to do to make our mark. Nonetheless you got to constantly strive not just with WA but in life itself to make a mark or dent in all that we do.

We are sometimes so close yet so far given some circumstances that perhaps impedes our progress to the finish line. Withal, the power is within and in us to make it happen for our self and family.

You have what it takes to get to the finish line; please quitting is not answer persevering and consistency is... I am in fact moved and touched and a sense I am right were you are and definitely wading through and I know we will be successful... Solely because we have what it takes and as such must be believe in ourselves...

Have you perhaps try some of the following to perhaps monetize your site(s)... vigLink,Google Adsense, medianet?

Regards,

Sidney

Thank you, Sidney, for reminding me that I actually do have the ability and what it takes to get through the finish line.

95% of each day consists of constant barrages of "you're not good enough" flow through my mind and I just seem to go with it.

Maybe I am able to do all the things everyone is saying. The best part is, it doesn't even take people that I've known for a long time to be able to tell me that they can see potential within me.

It's honest people like you, Sidney, that speak out and rekindle the flame in others that make people successful.

As far as I'm concerned, you cannot be successful without support from at least ONE other person.

We're all in this together.

Thank you again, Sidney. When I get my act together, I'll do my best to offer help to you and others to get away from the landmines of negativity.

-- Tony

P.S. I will continue on the money making course that teaches about vigLink, Google AdSense, medianet, etc.

Hi I also feel like that I have been struggling a lot both financially for supporting my premium features and with my day to day posting in my website. I have constantly fight with my network speed. 90% of work has to be done in mobile since it is very slow in desktop. So I thought just like you and search for other options with less investment. But here are some points that I have to consider back WA:
1. Look back how far you have achieve.
2.Hosting & keyword research tool is available only in WA for low investment.
3.Sitecomment $ sitefeedback available only in WA.
4. Use search bar there is lots of resources.
5. Check the WA stats Unique click, Raw clicks and content clicks. Slowly it is improving.
6. I have already 3 month in premium. No sells yet. I have referred 8 members non upgraded to premium.
7. I am planning not to give up. Never never give up

Jesse, as simply put:

Your 7th piece of advice "...not to give up. Never never give up"

That's all it is going to take to help me stay focused and motivated.

Thank you.

-- Tony

Welcome friend.

Hi there, I have just read your post and I'm so sorry that you're feeling this way, especially as you have only been a member here since January 2018. Unfortunately it does take time to build up enough traffic on your website to monetize it, and that's 3-6 months if you are posting consistently. Is there any way you can upgrade to yearly? It does work out less expensive, and perhaps by going yearly - you will commit to giving this program 12 months to prove that it can and will work for you? Just a thought.
There's a post on WA somewhere which gives a guideline to how long it takes to make money online, but I can't find it... however, here's a post I created on my website based on that original post which gives those same guidelines: https://writingforcash.com/how-long-does-it-take-to-make-money-on-wealthy-affiliate
Hopefully this helps you a little?
Finally, I just wanted to say, I've been across and checked out your website and I really like the niche you have chosen as well as the look and feel of your site. I really hope you stick at it, but at the end of the day, that's a decision for you and you alone.
Best of luck and I wish you every success.
Kind regards, Karen

Thank you for the thoughtful end-of-the-road decision that I'll have to make, Karen.

Knowing that my niche/website can be appreciated by others is a spark of inspiration for me to make the hard decision, to stay and to fight for what I am believing in:

To stay home and provide for my family, make enough to help others, and to leave a lasting impression on everyone around me.
