The leap
Faith is hope in the unseen. A belief that, although not tangible or visible, the truth about something is real. Online entrepreneurship is this way...at least at the beginning. Those of us endeavoring into this unknown world have hope, desire, and sometimes desperation. But, it seems to me that the people who realize success (not limited to monetary success), are those who have faith -- the unwavering belief...nay, conviction, that success, while not immediately tangible or visible, is real. It is true. It will happen. It is with this faith that I took the leap today and made the commitment to learn, apply my knowledge, and reap the rewards that come with being a Premium Member at Wealthy Affiliates. Much of this new world is still a mystery. This new environment is full of promises (sometimes false), dreams (some of the "pipe" variety), and devotees (many of whom will not see through the commitment to achieve success). That's all okay -- mysteries are fun, they are exciting. And, sometimes, when you work hard enough and apply your skills and knowledge, you find out "who dunnit" and then, faith turns into knowledge. Truth.
So, here we go! I am so glad to have this community along for the ride. And what a ride it will be...
