Thousands (millions) of people use the internet everyday to communicate, shop, learn, and share. Very, very few of these users, however, have the first clue about what is actually happening "behind the scenes" when they type a search term in Google, Yahoo, or Bing. I was one of those users 10 days ago. I am an educated person (J.D.) and a technology geek, and I thought I had a general understanding about the workings of the internet. I did not. After about a week of attending what I will call "WA University" (Kyle's online training), I feel like I've been thrown into am ivy league graduate program. At times, my head is swimming with information overload, and sometimes a little light bulb comes on and I can feel my grasp of these concepts getting a little stronger. Thanks, Kyle for the endless hours you have clearly invested in sharing this information. I cannot wait to learn more.
