HELP....HELp....HElp.....Help....help
I messed it up.........I had "WP super cache " plug in and found out after reading the speed up of your website today I installed "W3 total cache" plug in. ( I did not know that they clash each other). Now I can't open my dashboard....the message says as follows....
"W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home1/florex/public_html/wp-content/object-cache.php."
Opening travelindiaadvisor.com website too is giving an error message.
Please suggest me how fix this problem..... you all know this site is one of my babies and I keep looking at it all the time....I feeling very miserable for the past few hours since I could not do anything to my site.....Please help........cheers

Yup, I know I sound like a parrot, but before changing or adding plugins, etc. always, always have a current backup. WordPress is *opensource* anyone is free to create plugins and themes, even nefarious ones and not all them are compatible with each other, even if they're *legitimate*. It's not always possible to delete something behaving badly via FTP ie. on a siterubix site and I've seen instances where even FTP hasn't saved the day and a huge amount of work has been necessary to restore a site piece by piece because of a dodgy plugin. So, join my campaign to Save The Parrot and follow this: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/how-to-backup-entire-wordpress-blog-have-it-auto-sent-to-a-free-dropbox-account :) Rich.
I have back up through drop box set up for 2am every morning....I didn't how to restore them....I am going to learn on that today as it is really important at times like this. Thank you ans I will go through the link......cheers
I did not know to back up before you instal a plug in. Glad to know this. Now UGGg to remember it....When I do that.
Thanks again Rich.

Thank you for all the suggestions....I am back my site is okay now ......I had to go to the Cpanel and to the ftp....wp content and delete both the plugins and then re-install the w3 cache. it worked.......
The reason for the conflict was wp super cache and the w3 cache don't like each other and I should have deleted the wp super cache before installing the w3 cache....Everything is cool and thanks afain for the help......cheers
I could not do anything to my dashboard and where ever I clicked I was getting that message.......
Aw I misread that there Rexton sorry. I though you couldn't log in. If your in you back end then I would do what choppydo said and just deactivate both plugins and delete one?
I just visited travelindiaadvisor.com and looked at every page all seems to be working here with no error messages.
Rexton, the best people to ask about this is Rich and welshy (craig). Both of them have helped me out with problems similar to this. Craigs personally went in and fixed the problem via my database when I couldn't get my wp login page to appear. I honestly wouldnt know the first place to start with this. I would be going out on a limb if I said it was just a case of going in and manually removing the plugin via your database. I wouldd speak to one of them. Dont worry just yet mate.
I know Rich always helped to build this site of mine.....it is 1am in the morning for Rich and I thought there will be some one in Toronto time zone to help me now
Yeah it's 01:40am here the now lol I'm a night owl. Don't know why I didn't realise Rich would be in his bed the now! Completely forgot.
Glad you got it sorted anyway Rexton thats a weight off! Happy blogging
Have you tried deactivating one or both? That`s what I`d do first. And no need to wait hours to ask for help, sounds like it might be possible with an ftp. I have no experience using that stuff though..
