Ash Ziggy ziglar sell the sizzle not the stake ha ha I read a lot of books and went to a lot of seminars back in the 70's when I first got into real estate sales .I once managed a few offices one of 70 salespeople it's like babysitting ha ha .
I also helped an old girlfriend become the top salesperson in canada for victor of canada , they sold calculators big ones for stores and cash registers.Yes she won a trip to Spain and I went with her Costa deli sol . Yes and she had a degree in psychology but didn't know how to sell so I examined her sales technique and gave her one sentence and sales went thru the roof ! I should copywriter that sentence.
Anyway I notice you know a lot about computers I am facing a flow time figuring out navigating on word press it took me hours yto change my niche page main picture theme but the more home I spend and how they the course it should be a lot easier there is so much to learn.
This is why I think you will do really well we just need to find those magic words or sentences.
I remember in real estate if we wanted to tell people how clean the house was we would say its spic and span clean that soap was so well known people would call right away for viewings .
So all the best I will remember u if I am having set up problems ha ha .
Oh one more thing it's kind of funny the great kreskin hypnotist and mind reader came to vancouver a few years ago and a group of us went on stage to get hypnotised but me and a few others it didn't work I felt like a fool when he told me go sit down ha ha take care.

I'm from Berlin - once my business is established I want to travel. That's what drives me. Create an online business, helping others to do the same and be free to do meaningful work.... yep...
To answer your question: at the moment I'm a freelance artist working for film studios.
I love my work. But you never know, when the next project will start. You also never know, how long the project will last or when they will pay you. Or in which city the job will be. It's all irregular.
It's so hard to make a plan with that lifestyle, so I decided to change a few things. For the last few years I have studied SEO and online marketing in my free time.
Now it all comes together.
Here on WA it feels just perfect for me. It's a great place to learn and grow.
The training is awesome, and reading from the members is a huge inspiration. Together we can achieve so much :)
Best thing learned so far: Don't look for "perfect", just do it.

Benita, did a brief what did I buy in a blog recently, and was horrified how much money I had spent in an effort to recoup my loses at the bank. Trying to settle down now at WA, though I must confess when worked with the training here some of my old courses and material will be a very useful addition.

writing reviews for courses and books is a great way to produce valuable content. That is my plan of action for my own site actually.
It will give me a reason to study all the material in-depth. And really do it, and not just have it sit in a folder on my computer collecting cyber-dust.
Think about it - you put all the money in it - other people haven't. They are worried about which course to take, will it be worth their money or not, etc. Those people will benefit enormously from reading honest well-written reviews!
Just an idea to share with you! :)

I know, same thing happened to me when I started.

I know ranking is depending on several factors combined. But say I want to write about "marketing", "branding" and "design".
Would it be an extreme benefit in the ranking to have the word "marketing" in the domain-name itself? Or would it be sufficient, to just have it in the tagline and in the content?
Background:
My gut instinct is, to think long-term - build a brand (like a magazine with some categories in it) and chose a domain name for it, that is catchy and easy for people to remember.
However I'm not fixed on having a particular name - a name can become lovable for many reasons.
If it would give the site a serious boost right from the beginning on though, I would consider a domain-name with the keyword in it.
Of course, google does change its algorithms from time to time, so there probably is no right or wrong answer here.

Domain name is fairly important, you ideally want to choose a .com domain and something that is relevant to your niche.
When you choose a domain, you are going to want to choose something that is "brandable" versus something that has keywords within it. The reason this is the case is because as you build out your website, you can target as many keywords as you like within the content (that is how you will rank).
I have created a discussion here outlining the process and what to look for when choosing a domain name: How Do I Choose a Good Domain Name? This should help you out here and if you ever want to run any domains by me, simply let me know and I will give you some feedback.

When you choose a domain, you are going to want to choose something that is "brandable" versus something that has keywords within it. The reason this is the case is because as you build out your website, you can target as many keywords as you like within the content (that is how you will rank).
I have created a discussion here outlining the process and what to look for when choosing a domain name: How Do I Choose a Good Domain Name? This should help you out here and if you ever want to run any domains by me, simply let me know and I will give you some feedback.

I am now in Costa Rica gathering the last of my documents needed to apply for residency in Panama. My bus leaves here tomorrow morning for Panama City at 11:55. The trip here took 14.5 hours. Thank you, Benita. I am posting this from the Albrook Terminal in Panama City, Panama. After a 13.5-hour bus ride from San Jose Costa Rica. I waiting for my check-in time at the Hostel where I will be sleeping tonight. I am also a Professional Photographer so the pictures I add are mine to use as I wish.
I am in Panama City, Panama, for a hot minute. From there back to Taiwan, where I use to live than on to Hong Kong, Shange Hai, Singapore, China, Ukraine, Israel, and Australia. However! they are a bit scary to produce! haha! but let's get over that, right? :D I'm still in the phase of gathering the technical equipment for it, but at some point....... I just have to take the courage to jump right in! :))
