My complete reset to work intelligently and purposefully with all the tools inside Wealthy Affiliate
In online business, we talk a lot about tools.
About AI models, automation, funnels, optimization, workflows, and scaling.
And yes — those things matter.
But there is one factor that quietly determines the quality of everything you do, and it’s often ignored:
the condition of your body and your mind.
This is not a diet story.
Not a trend.
Not a “biohacking” experiment.
This is about a total reset — with one clear goal:
to think clearly, work with focus, and guide AI with precision instead of noise.
Why a reset is not a luxury, but a prerequisite
Anyone who works seriously with AI already knows this, even if they don’t say it out loud:
AI does not think for you.
AI amplifies you.
- unclear input → unclear output
- scattered mind → weak prompts
- mental fatigue → mediocre results
You can have the best tools available, but if your internal system is overloaded, the output will reflect that.
A healthy reset is therefore not “self-care”.
It is professional maintenance.
Just like restarting a server.
Or cleaning a system before building further.

Focus, cognition, and AI: the hidden connection
High-quality AI output depends on human abilities first:
- clarity of thought
- logical structure

The foundation of my reset (simple and sustainable)
No extremes.
No hype.
Only things I can do every day without force.
1. Liquids as the base (flow + calm)
- Beetroot juice
Daily. Pure. Earthy. Functional.
This is not a “nice drink”, it’s maintenance. - Hibiscus tea
Maximum 300 cl per day, carried in a thermos.
Preparation:
– leaves steeped 10 minutes in boiling water
– or gently simmered for 10 minutesDeep red, slightly sour, calming, and thirst-quenching. - Water
Simple. Quiet. Essential. - Supplementary juices (not core)
– pomegranate
– watermelon
– grape, celery, and appleSupportive, but always secondary to the base.
2. Caffeine: back to ritual
- One small espresso per day
Not banned. Not abused.
Coffee as a moment — not as fuel.
The effect is immediate:
less agitation, fewer spikes, better focus.
And that single espresso actually works again.
3. No sugar, no snacks
- no cookies
- no candy
- no hidden sugars
The only addition:
- raw, unroasted nuts
They provide structure, satiety, and stability — without triggering peaks.
4. Pure cacao (without sabotage)
- drinks made from dark chocolate / pure cacao
- no sugar
- no sweeteners
Bitter. Adult. Conscious.
Not comfort food — a functional pause.
What about solid food?
Yes — but kept simple.
- Hummus in its pure form
No yogurt added.
Minimal fat.
Why no yogurt?
Because this reset is about clarity and circulation. Dairy often adds noise rather than support during this phase.
A key detail:
I use roughly 500 ml of coconut oil per year.
That’s not a fat strategy — it’s a subtle accent.
At that level, it fits without disrupting the system.
What this changes in your work
After some time, something shifts:
- mental fog decreases
- focus blocks get longer
- prompts become sharper
- fewer AI corrections are needed
- output becomes more consistent
AI stops feeling like something you have to fight.
