I've just bought a pro WordPress theme with 1 year support included. The support asked me to send them my wp-admin name and password to make them possible to install and edit the theme. Is it a common practice? Can there be any risks if I haven't uploaded content yet? I mean, I can change the login password form here whenever I want. What do you think?

It's not common practice that the theme editor has a permanent user on your site.
You should be able to install the theme yourself and do all edits.

You can also create a new user, give them those details to install the theme, then remove the user when they are done. Or keep the user and change the password for if you ever need their help in the future, and you'd just give them the updated password at that time.

You can install the theme yourself Viktor I would never give my login details to anyone
