Learning how to build a website is great. Learning how to connect to your audience, well that's a totally difference ball game.

A few things I'm now learning about creating an effective website. I would like to share it with you all.

Building rapport is imperative:

1). Commonality - Show people your human side (personality) Use pictures that is genuine.

2). Mirroring - promote a website around personas. Try to use the same language your audience uses but still reflects a level of professionalism.

3). Reciprocity - Try to provide a blog or post that is content rich with advice. Present guides, videos that will help to solve your customers issues.

We just have to remember that every component of our website helps, from the fonts, design, pictures, etc.

There is so much to learn about having your own online business, which a lot of companies do not teach you and very quickly will take your money.

It is a lot to take in, but it is not difficult if you take your time to learn it and apply it.
