Social Distance Disconnection

Happy Sunday and good luck to your successful journey here at Wealthy Affiliate. A great community of people with whom I owe a lot of gratitude for teaching me more than what I ever learned in a class room for more than 16 years of my studies.

I have never thought I will be a writer for any reason to accomplish what I have accomplished so far. So many words in one article and there is hope that I will be doing much better as time pass me bye.

We are in a middle of a crisis with business clashing, family members dispersed, lock down of schools, shops, cities and even scarier to go out because of the attitude you might receive when you return.

Just recall an incident in my school, a lady just flew in from another country to visit her daughter who has been away for 2 years away studying. She arrived with good intentions but the school had to separate the student from others because she spent the night with her mother and they think her mother might be a victim of the Covid 19.

In as much as we are in this situation, social media has made it possible for us to reach out to friends and loved ones. Even if you can't be physically together, schedule online gathering. Technology has got it covered.

Ask how people are doing. Check in regularly and give each other support.

Try to start a conversation with something positive to keep the spirit up.

Don't be afraid to share your fears though:) if you are struggling, ask for help.

Remember, we're all in this together.
