I Love It When A Plan Comes Together! (PersonalChallenge Week 5 of 38)

Hi, my 5th week as a Premium Member here at Wealthy Affiliate has passed.
No, "passed" is absolutely the wrong word! This week has not just passed, it was exciting eventful and intense!

Really fascinating here at Wealthy Affiliate is the diversity of people, their talents and knowledge. It does not matter if you need support, motivation or an opinion, or something else, you will find and get everything here! I have made many great friends and contacts and do not want to miss one of them!
There are two members whom I would like to thank especially, representative of all other members, for the last weeks!

Thank you Andi68, my good old friend!
About 8 years ago we lost sight of each other, after working together for many years in the same company. A few weeks ago we met again - I have recommended you to try WA and behold, today you are premium and build consistently on your own future!
It's great to have you here, to work with you and it feels like the 8 years break has never been!

And the other person I want to thank is Inaeliza !

We met here at WA a few weeks ago. Ina, you are a great motivation and help since the first contact! Rarely have I met such an openhearted, sunny and helpful person!

So, let´s go over to weekly business...

1) Reach ranking position 300 or better

Unfortunately I missed the goal. I started this week on position 318th, so not far away. It is a matter of days before I venture into the TOP 300. I am satisfied for myself. The medium term goal is still to reach the TOP 100. But the ranking has lost a little importance for me...

2) 10 Referrals and 2 Sales

Due to a change to a new domain, I had scaled down my goals. I have successfully completed the domain change and despite the interruptions, I was able to record 12 referrals.

But, and that's one of my main topics for this week, no sale!

I have set automatic messages to welcome new members, optimized the messages, do welcome new members personally, offer my help, checked and optimized my website content. I also wondered if maybe something had to be changed on the side of Wealthy Affiliate and asked other members: 30-minute Delay on Welcome Message for New Members! Good or Bad?

I have to look deeper into the topic. If you have suggestions or tips for me, I'll gladly accept them!

3) Do Training Courses 1+2

I did 14 Lessons or about 1,5 of the 2 courses. To be honest, more than one course a week doesn´t make sense, if you want to do all the tasks thoroughly and create good content.

1) Training and learning, while creating new content

The most important thing is the training! It took some weeks until I understood that, too.
For this reason, training in the next few weeks is the most important point in my daily routine!

GOAL: Complete 10 lessons successfully

2) Affiliate Program Wealthy Affiliate

Out of the experiences the weeks before, it must be the goal again to reach 10 referrals and finally the next sale! By changing the content on my website I assume fewer referrals - it is more important to focus on conversions.

GOAL: 10 referrals and the next premium sale

3) New! Fitness and Spirit

Although it may be surprising. For the next few weeks, I'll pick up the point in my goals.

In spite all the activities for financial independence and the possibilities here at WA,
I would like to take specific time for my personal development. Doing sport, reading, hiking and taking a break... I want to live the balance between striving for success and my goal of financial independence every day...

GOAL: Do it 2 hours a day

4) WA Ranking Position

This topic has now come to the last place. It is important, but it grows naturally with every of my activities in our community. So I set a goal, but very moderate.

GOAL: Ranking Position 275 or better

It's amazing how my goals have changed within just a few weeks. Partly by success, partly by failure - the important thing is to set new goals every week, every day, and to pursue them!

To conclude for this week!

Wealthy Affiliate is a real gold mine for me! I learn and understand new things every day, great people enrich me and I walk step by step in the direction of my life goals!
I am glad to be here, every day!
