My First Email Marketing Campaign

I finished my Bootcamp training a few weeks ago and I embarked on a campaign to drive traffic to my website. I have been avoiding paid Ads until I know how things work.
I have therefore been looking at organic traffic and one way to do this is through email marketing campaigns. Am struggling to create my first funnel because Am very poor at coding and HTML because most of these systems have that.
Going forward, i decided to go for mailchimp and today I sent out my first "Thank you" mail to my very first 6 subscribers, I can't wait to grow this list and later monetize it.
Just wanted to know, What are you doing to drive organic traffic to your website besides SEO strategies and Keywords?
