John Reese is the 1st man credited with making more than $1m in 24 hours. But HOW?

Since John Reese made more than $1 million on internet in 24 hours, he opened the floodgate for Frank Kern and others to follow in his footsteps. This acheivement did not just happen overnight, I am sure he'd worked perfecting his plan long before that day, August 17, 2004.. Perhaps, if flood did not chase hm out of his house to run to his father's, it would not have happened. I have heard many internet marketing gurus cite him and tout his achievement but not exactly how he got there. Did he squeezed-page millions of prospects for his email list, built funnels for his product/service, sold high ticket products or seminars? I admit going from one shiny object to another, no one showed they know how.
