I got more out of the webinar how to motivate your teen

I have three children and two are very diligent and are not struggling at all with the online home learning but there is always that one child ... you know the one you get emails from the teacher about and really struggle with motivation. He is extremely intelligent but struggle with organizing himself and motivation.

So I watched this webinar last night to equip me how to get him to be more motivated and I got a lot out of it. It involved goal setting for all different subjects on a weekly basis and then a to-do list as well.

It got me thinking I can apply that to my schedule and all my various roles. I have 2 part-time jobs, I work as a mobile hairdresser 3 days a week and then manage my website. On top of that I have a household to run as well and 3 kids to get to all their activities. I sometimes really struggle to get everything done and prioritize and although I use a planner I don't really break it down like that.

So I am going to implement this from next week on a weekly basis. Just listing all my different roles and then to-do list next to them for the week as well as deadlines.

I personally work more effectively if I have a deadline.

Do you guys put deadlines down for yourselves with your online business?
