Be careful of Virus
I brought a new computer last month, because my old desktop was so old. I could not work with it after joining WA. I was reading an article on my new computer and this popup called themselves Microsoft notice a virus on my new computer and for me to call an 800 number.
If I did not call that number or try to sign off they would lock up my computer. I sign off and they lock up my computer, now my computer is in the shop to be repair. I have a lap top to work on so I have to count my blessing I still can work on my website.

Sorry that happened to you. Be very careful of what you download on your new computer and make sure that you have really great anti-virus software on there too. Unfortuntely the place where you were reading that article could have been the place where you picked up that virus. I'd stay away from that site too. Clicking on it to read the article basically gave it permission to connect to your computer. Downhill from there.
