Pure Natural Products are important. Natural is the most important part of what we do and making sure we do it right is even more important.
When I started making products, I realized there was so much scrutiny. So no product went out without the recipe checked and even after checking so much we tested it ourselves and then used testers.
Product testers are very important to what I do, it gets my product used and I can ask questions like did it smell nice how long did it linger, how long did it take to melt or biodegrade or dissolve, understanding how a product would act is as important or more so as then you can set expectations. You can answer questions. You can give tips.

Most recently I made shower steamers, they did not go out for sale immediately it took time. Probably about a month. Even if something is natural it can let a customer down, and customer satisfaction with purely natural products is still important. I want my product to perform it shows trust it shows integrity.
This is my soap, this soap has a story. Yes, it is natural but when I first made it, the cinnamon was horrible. So I went about testing companies. When I found an authentic scent then it was sold. I knew it was a quality soap but the scent had to be right for me to be happy.
This way I know I am doing my best handmade products, my best all natural products.
