My dream, building a team

I know it can sound like I am just a goody two shoes - or something like that, I think is the English saying. But I have always wanted to build an online team. I have been part of work teams before, but there is always boundaries - you work for the same company, or in the old days, you use to be in the same country.
Now you can have a team across time zones, cultures, continents. I think it is a huge blessing, we are living on the same earth after all!
So I would like you to welcome my latest team members, please make them feel as welcome as you made me feel. Still my dream to get 5 people a day, not to get rich, but to help them build something long term for their families.
