Came back today and resume Level 2 lesson 10
Have been away for a few days. Came back today and saw a jaw-dropping ranking drop -- from # 460 something way down to #10440. Wow...I am not sure if this is unreal or the previous one was unreal. LOL.
Anyway, I am back, will resume the training. Soon I will finish the level 2 training.
How to pick up a proper theme for your website? How to choose plugins so they work and serve your website purpose well? How to arrange menus and edit posts so the audience enjoys reading... A lot to learn indeed. However, thus far, I feel the hardest parts still are to find a great niche and create wonderful contents. Especially when
English is not your first language.
Anyway, keep the positive thinking: I love English reading and writing and enjoy practicing on it.

Good Morning Dorothy,
Do not worry about the ranking, some have gone down while others have gone up. Depending on your activity it will change again. English is not my mother tongue either but Grammarly is a big help. Still, one has to think about their correction suggestions as they can be also wrong.
Greetings from the south of Spain, Taetske
Your English is very good...wouldn't have know it wasn't your first language. Your ranking will go down quickly. All the best. Debbie
Glad you're back. I know your feelings. I came back too only to find a significant drop in my ratings. A bit demoralizing, but as others mentioned, time to concentrate on your business/site and training.
All the best.

They did an update to the ranking system. So don't worry about it, training and lessons more important focus.

You are doing fine! Don't let the ranking be your measure of success. The emotional roller coaster can affect your work. Be in competition with yourself and learn something new each day. That is the only ranking that counts.
Also, I understand about ESL (English as a Second Language) My wife and I teach it every day with students whose first language is Spanish. You are doing very well! Again, just do a little each day and remember that little things become big things. Pennies become dollars! I am enjoying seeing your progress!
Thank you, Sir!:)
