Solving an issue

I have tried for a week to get a text and image off the Amazon site onto my website but nothing seemed to work. I followed all the traiing that is accessable on the WA site and still nothing. Having a brain wave during my time off from working on my website which was encouraged by many. , it came to me that something on my desktop computer was blocking the image as the text procudure worked fine. I should have thought of this earlier because whenI wasputting myWealthy Affiliate banner on my website, I could see it on my IPad but not my computer. I decided today to try the Amazon text and inage on my laptop and it worked first time.
Would just lke to enourage newcomers (I am very new myself ) but should you come across this stumbling block try another device to do the task you may be struggling with. I have learnt that I now have to do images for my website on my laptop.
Thats ok because I am grateful I had another device to use, So don't be discouraged there is always a solution.
