Sharing a Precious Moment

I would like to share with you about a new addition to our family that arrived this week.

Late Sunday evening my granddaughter gave birth to a beautiful baby boy (pictured above) making me a great-grandmother.

This morning my grand-daughter wrote this to her son,

"Zion, my son,

I promise to love you and protect you at all times with everything I had within me. I promise that you will never have to things alone, because I, your mama will be right beside you always. I will be your strength when you need, and together we will face and overcome the storms and battles of this world. The world will try to put you down, but may you fulfill the meaning of your name and be raised up. I pray you will be a mighty warrior in this world, fighting with love and integrity. My son, you are so loved and I can't wait to watch you grow up. Nothing has ever made me so proud than the moment I became your mama!

My grand-daughter then proceeded to write to this from her baby son Zion

To My Momma,

I lover you very much already the way you call my name and look to me with Much Love, I thank you for your patience on the arrival of my birth, I have finally fot to see you after waiting months on end, I find much comfort in your voice and the music that yu play, we're bath new to this and withour a doubt your my Biggiest Fan. Momma are you ready, our adventures are about to start, I will hold your little finger, But you will always hold my Heart.

I love you, your son Zion"

When I read these this morning it brought tears my eyes. The bond between a mother and child is one of the best gifts that God has given to us. What ever happens in life the bond will never be broken, we may get cross with them, they may do thngs we don't like, but the bond never breaks.

The majority of us have brought children into this world and our ambition for them is to grow up, learn the right way and be succussful in life. They look to us for example, help and most of all show our love toward them.
