I have learned the hard way the importance of backing up your website, and keeping copies of your posts and pages.... eeediot I know... I'm sure everybody does this right??
So after 5 years of establishing www.mjsjpublishers.com, with numerous posts and pages and reviews etc, all lost.

I was late paying my yearly subscription, (host was not with WA), and I have lost the lot, deleted and gone.
All I got was a "sorry about that, but we saved your domain name"... I am sure you can guess my reply, sorry but I will not be mentioning it here lol
I did not realize this until I paid my renewal, logged into Wordpress and was greeted with Welcome to your New Website.... My heart instantly sunk..
All that work, 5 years worth!! Gone...
Morale of my post here is the importance to back up all your work because you just never know what might happen. there is no worse feeling then knowing you now have to start again from scratch.
