Mixed Emotions and PANIC

So I got a note this morning from the Government, updating me on how much I owe them for personal taxes (yeah it's that bad, and yeah I should go back and revisit, see if I missed filing some expenses or something).

It's 20k, give or take interest charges. But we're at a good place in our marriage (not so much conflict, which is a thing for us), and life is not as scary as all that with the kids (yeah, kids and bills, the two most stressful parts of a marriage), so I remain confident that this is something we can actually handle, but rather than muddling through it here, I will go make a list and just get **it done.

That's my new Operating Paradigm,

For now, I think I just needed to talk it out in the clear air, and start my brain spinning on the other tracks that will help me to come to terms with differing income streams and other things that will help the bigger picture.

First up, remember to start posting every link I have to Medium, on one or both accounts, actually I think that might be worth looking into, goodness, having a split personality does lend itself to run on sentences (not really a split personality, I just have CRAZY BRAIN), and to being able to segregate the focus that I need and have.

Now, all I need to be able to do is to take and find the time to do what needs to be done so that I can get back into the game and be the supporting Husband and Father that God had in mind when he made me.
