I use iThemes Builder exclusively for all the websites I create.
If you are comfortable with HTML, CSS and basics of PHP there's no other better tool to create/re-create/re-design any kind of website you want. It's like a molding clay in your hands.

Srikat, I just wanted to say welcome here and really get immersed into the site! In my PM, I was offering some tips:
1) You can't conquer the internet world in a day. Take each training step by step and eventually you will get long term gains.
2) Try to implement some piece of knowledge and take action each step of the way. It's easy to get caught up in reading so many pieces of training and never take action and begin building your site. TAKE ACTION!
