What Do You Consider a Win in Your Niche Right Now?

When we think about success in a niche, it’s easy to picture big milestones. Traffic spikes, sales, breakthroughs.

But sometimes, the real wins look smaller and quieter.

For me, one recent win has been experimenting with a new type of article I introduced last year. At the time, I didn’t know how it would perform. Over the past couple of months, however, those articles have attracted more readers and led to a sustained increase in traffic.

It’s not dramatic, but it’s steady. And for me, that counts.

I’ve realized that my definition of a “win” has changed over time. It’s less about sudden results and more about sustainable progress built through experimentation.
