There are many opportunities to assist generally. For instance, if you would pay your taxes instead of using all those weasel deductions, you could be more help.

However, it is rare that you have the opportunity to directly assist a fictional soldier with his overseas requirements, and rarer still that the opportunity can be so productive of fictional funds.
