CommentLuv plug-in.possible culprit!

Hi guys! I have been noticing a reoccuring problem on some sites I have been visiting. When I go to leave a comment I am getting this error msg:

I decided to look into it to see if I could get to the bottom of this issue. To make a long story short it turns out that some people are having similar problems and CommentLuv is the culprit! If you are getting feedback from people saying they are unable to leave a comment on your site and you are using commentluv you might want to disable it and see if that helps.
