My first bit of traffic after 4 months
This is my first post to the WA forum and is going to be quite a short one at that.
I have been one of those people that have gone back and fourth, starting and stopping for the last few years. The main reason being I expected quick results from joining WA.
I cam back and restarted my membership around 4 months ago and this time picked a niche I know about and have stuck with it. I have built my website out to nearly 30 pages now which I know may not seem a lot but its the most I have ever produced.
Anyway getting back to my reason for posting today. I just looked at my google analytics. Something I have stopped myself from doing, and to my suprise I now have traffic coming into my website. WAAAAHOOOO.

Don't get my wrong it's not a lot, but its the first time I have ever had any traffic come into my website. So I am one happy chappy right now.

I haven't been doing much on here later but I'm back now that I have a desktop. I was working off my phone but now I'm almost done with my book. I have paid my fees because just having the website is worth the money that I pay. Plus when time permit, I will be starting two new websites, one being specifically about my upcoming book! This book is about the sexual exploitation of kids inside of St. Louis public schools!
Hello I am the female version of that as I am thinking or writing articles and getting paid by people who have their own websites as I would be writing on affiliate marketing and other things as well I need to do some research on this let me know what you think or if you know anything on this topic on where to go and find out more. Thank you in advance
Don't feel bad. I think on some level we all fall into the trap of thinking instant success just by doing an article or learning something new. I've been there, myself.
As I've learned and continued to, it's a process over time and as long as you keep putting action into what you learn and improving consistently, success will surely follow.
I started my journey over a decade ago. I was just writing posts for a blog I'd started and wrote whatever came to mind. Didn't get much traffic. Didn't know anything about keywords and they always confused me so much. Started building a list on what I'd learned from different sources.
And, today, here I am, starting over and taking one step at a time.
What I am going to do (probably not perfectly either) is develop a balanced mindset.
Put my best work into each article so my readers will benefit completely from each one. Then, put my focus on moving forward and adding more of even better work as I improve. Over time, things will only get better.
Good luck on your journey here and I wish you all the success in the world.
Wishing you all the best of luck on your journeys. I wish I had been this committed 2 years back, but there is no point looking back now, just forward
