Sick and Tired of Phone Calls

I'm receiving a lot of annoying calls by people (companies) who want to ask me personal questions. They all seem to be on the west coast and usually call after 8 pm.
They tell me they want to give me free help.
I'm thinking about how to block their calls. I just need to find the phone instruction. I think when they call I'll just pick up and say, no interested and hang up. Anyone else deal with this.

Daily. The bad thing about trying to block them.....they just call you from a different number...I usually get the automated ones that call you 5 x's in a row...or until you pick up and hang up! Just an annoyance. I've been dealing with this since I've been on Google....before Google...I didn't have this problem!
