The rel=0 did not work for us.
What worked for us is "YouTube Custom Video Embed Generator" at goo.gl/gjRw9a
Check Use Enhanced Security, Check Use Enhanced Privacy, Check Do Not Show Related Videos on Playback. Copy provided embed code and paste.
