Hello, I just joined WA and I wanted to transfer the domain name I purchased from GoDaddy to the website I'm now building here.
I would like to share the steps I had to do with you, just in case you also need to do just that:
- Go to your GoDaddy account.
- Go to "My Product" section.
- Go to the domain name that you want to transfer.
- Click "DSN" next to that domain name.
- Under "Nameservers", click "Change".
- Click on "Enter my own nameservers (advanced)".
- Enter WA info which are NS1.MYWAHOSTING.COM for the first column, and NS2.MYWAHOSTING.COM for the second one.
- Click "Add Nameservers".
- Click save.

Ta-da!!!! Congrats, you did it!!!
It said that it might take 24 hours for the transfer, but when I checked mine two hours later, it was already done.
And domains bought from GoDaddy aren't eligible for transfer to another registrar if they're within 60 days of registration or a previous transfer.
I hope this helps.
Take care,
Donna
