How do I get rid of the following spam from Google analytics session results?

I don't know if you are aware but the first link is directly spam.

I'm sure this is a mistake or maybe I clicked and shouldn't have.

How do I get rid of the following spam from Google analytics session results?

As far as I know, they show up in "real time" analytics, but don't count for actual traffic. I have tried to ignore them with Filters, but they still show up in real time detection. It doesn't affect your site in terms of SEO or or affect your visitors at all.
