I recently completed a questionnaire probing my aptitude for being an entrepreneur, and overall, my 'employee' mentality is still much stronger than my 'entrepreneur' mentality.
The challenge of changing from someone that has been me, to someone that is not yet me, is daunting. And I am told the best way to make that change is to have an outside mentor and/or coach. So it dawns on me that is what this community works to provide!!
