HI, my name is Deanna and I currently operate an online marketing agency specializing in designing and development WordPress websites. I have a goal of reducing my direct client work and focusing on creating more affiliate revenue and I am very excited about Wealthy Affiliate!

In my personal life I am married, love great food and fine wine and am a certified Pilates addict! I am passionate about health and fitness, so I am sure you can guess the niche that I am interested in! :-)

I look forward to interacting with everyone!

Great goals Deanna,

The first step to achieving success online is to set some goals and now that you have done this you can start working towards them. Your goals are absolutely achievable and realistic. Dedicate yourself to working through the training, taking action, and getting help when you need it.

I am personally here to help you and there are many others within the community that will reach out to help too.

You are already doing great, keep it up!

Great goals, lovely advanced knowledge having a marketing back ground.

Deanna,

My goals are similar as far as numbers go. I work a full-time job and am looking to accomplish my goals putting in 1-2 hours daily.

Best of luck to you on your journey.

That's an awesome goal and there are many that are earning that amount here at WA. It does however take time and a little patience. :)

Hi Sharon. Thanks for reaching out. Got sidetracked the last couple of days, but working on getting back on schedule with the training. Will be signing up for premium this weekend. Trying to figure out a good niche to start with.

I hope things are going well. I know you are getting rolling within the training and there is ONE thing that always tends to confuse people and that is "what is my niche?".

I know, same thing happened to me when I started.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I am here if you ever want to run any niche "ideas" by me or you have any questions about finding your niche.

Get back to me when you get the chance! :)

Hi, Kyle. Really appreciate the offer for help. I was hoping to target fitness for women over 50/60. Also, because I am also a big foodie, a focus on nutrition for the same demographic. I tried some keyword research using various tools but the search volume seemed kind of low. Do you have any suggestions or recommendations?

Sure, that could be the direction that you head. Don't worry about keywords when choosing your niche, there will be 1,000's of keywords in every niche.

When you choose a domain, you are going to want to choose something that is "brandable" versus something that has keywords within it. The reason this is the case is because as you build out your website, you can target as many keywords as you like within the content (that is how you will rank).

I have created a discussion here outlining the process and what to look for when choosing a domain name: This should help you out here and if you ever want to run any domains by me, simply let me know and I will give you some feedback.

PS. You can host up to 25 of your own domains here within the Premium membership on our state of the art hosting platform. :)

Thanks for sharing that, Kyle. I thought I had heard, read or something that you SHOULD have keywords in the domain. Good to know. I have a lot of more branded domains already registered, so I figure I can use some of those.

I have one for the fitness/nutrition for women over 50 niche called thefitfoodieboomer dot com and one for online marketing called theonlinemarketingtoolkit dot com

And, yes, even though I have my own hosting account at BlueHost, I will take advantage of the hosting at the Premium level.

Thanks again,

Deanna

You don't have to have keywords no, your brandability is much more important as all of your "content" you build will be what you are trying to rank. You could in essence rank under 10,000's of keywords over time.

Hi Deanna, welcome to WA community, an excellent internet training and business platform, that is supported by a highly interactive and helpful community. I see that we can be very successful here, by staying focused on the training, and follow up with business actions. I wish you steady focus, and lots of financial success.

Hello Deanna and welcome,

I firstly want to introduce myself, but after browsing my site you're probably aware that my name is Sharon. Thank you for accepting the Wealthy Affiliate training program.

I would advise you take advantage of the free 7 days, there's plenty of training and live case studies, classrooms, chats, weekly webinars and people to follow. To get started Deanna check out these links: there are 5 levels here each consisting of 10 lessons.

Other bloggers methods sometimes vary slightly from the official training here at WA. Thus, I suggest you stick to the Wealthy Affiliate training to educate yourself until you're well conversed.

Until your familiar with how online marketing works, WA should be your reference guide. If you notice some differences, always refer to the Online Entrepreneur Certification course.

Some marketing methods may vary slightly with individuals, and while they may not be 'wrong', sticking with the standard training will make it easier to keep you on track.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR BONUS
-----------------------------------------------

If you join Premium within the first 7 days, here are some bonuses that I am going to be giving you:

(1) You are going to get a 59% discount on your first month Premium membership (only $19)
(2) You are going to get personal and private access to me! If you ever have a question or need help with your campaigns, I will be there.
(3) I will give and load you a Genesis theme if you become a Premium member.

Let me know if you have any questions along the way. Feel free to send me a private message via the WA system anytime.

Good luck!

Sharon

Hi, Sharon

Thanks for your welcome. I found your website while researching the Digital Affiliates program and saw your review of Wealthy Affiliates and decided to give it a try.

I am actually have a marketing agency that does WP development so I really don't need the Genesis theme, as I also have a dev license for them too!!

But I may take you up on some help. So far I am very impressed with WA compared to the other guys. Talk about constant upsells!

Anyway, I am planning on going through the information thoroughly and will decide on upgrading to Premium soon. So far I really like what I see, so I think I may do it

Take care

Deanna
