I joined 12th November 2015, got premium at the Black Friday and published my first website 3 months ago. I'm now at the Affiliate Bootcamp and got my first 12 subscribers thanks to SumoMe. They subscribed for the free online course "A successfull online business in one year."
One of the next ToDos: Preparing my first webinar. I'm thinking of giving a lot of bonuses at the end for registering a yearly premium membership. What do you think about that? Do you have experience with webinars?

Way to go ! Making a webinar is a great idea if you feel ready to do it so just go for it. I have no experience with it but I would like to make video reviews later so it's a good starting point to gain confidence and ar WA nobody will judge if your first one is not 'perfect'

No, I'm at the first lesson phase 2. I guess I spent too much time within the community;-) Next 7 days the first photos into my WS. I used the 10 day break after phase 2 for SEO with the Yoast plugin and writing new blog posts.

I would love to know how to do it though... so when you know publish some training?
Now I'm in the planning phase. Today I checked out two free webinar platforms. In one up to 10 people can join and it's free. It's for the german market. It's best if you have an automated system, so your visitors can book the webinar at your WS. You offer them 4 different times to watch it. But in the end you don't need to do it live! Sometimes live, but regularly automated can bring the money regularly too:-) If it's automated you need to do the work only one time! This week I got inspiration from a coach. He has a great automated webinar and offers at the end a personal coaching session. No selling, only about building trust and use it as a part of the sales funnel.
