I have a new location and I love it.

I finally got moved. I drove a truck and hauled my car but was unable to fit everything into the truck. So I had to make two additional trips back to my former location to get stuff and I still left a lot behind. I am unemployed and am relying on the public library for internet service until I get a paycheck. I moved into a family member's house and a week afterwards was told that I might have to move out in a few months. That was never discussed when I was working on a decision to relocate. I had a day when I felt immobilized after learning that. But the next day I decided to proceed as if nothing had changed except that I put lots more energy into getting a job. At this time, those little articles I was writing and HITs on Amazon Mechanical Turk just don't produce the income I need. So I am job hunting and hoping for something soon.

I am enjoying being back in the place where I spent my childhood. I never imagined I'd move back here but I feel completely at home. That is a nice feeling. I have been aware that the WA community has been very active and that is encouraging. Until I get internet service at home, my efforts have slowed down. And I still haven't even unpacked completely. I actually wonder if I should given the circumstances. But I will work it out and in the meantime am really enjoying having a backyard for my animals. Life is grand!
