Choosing a theme? Clones???
I feel this is an important first step but I am curious about a few items. Kyle so kindly gave me advice about not having a large photo at the head my theme to reduce or remove would probably bet best. I really liked the layout but if you land on the page and have to search for the content I see his point.
It appears the themes have some choices one column, 2 column, 3 column layouts. Which one will get better results?
I am writing about a comment I received about my pages going from one page to the next like a long receipt at the grocery store. I know some of the layouts use a snippet style showing only the first paragraph. Others use the magazine style which I choose! Does anyone have preference? and Why?
I know we could use a static front page but if I recall in the lessons that was not the best. We want out latest post/pages to show fresh content on our sites. I have changed my theme 3 times already. I am asking the pros here and the community for some input. So many WordPress choices but which one is better and why? We must not all be clones, right???

I have the theme Heiro think I have the correct spelling, my site compared to quite a few others seem very simple but I do not like too much or pop ups myself, just will keep working on it
Kat I did use that originally on my design site. I am trying other themes out as well. I am trying to make myself uncomfortable (funny I know) but if I mess it up and then go back and fix it that is when it seems to stick in my brain. Someone thought the full size page layout was never ending so just for the heck of it I have been playing with a new theme. it is a magazine style. Could you take a look and let me know if you think it looks busy or clutter?

free to use go there and type in your site url
this shows how your theme looks on phones, mini ipads, tablets and laptops. I changed my theme to a responsive type theme so everyone anywhere can view my site easier.
Hi David! Really good question and information. Thank you Craig for the link too! You are right, so many themes and so many choices within them! Makes my head spin! :-)
I would definitely suggest reading Craig's discussion. It makes useful reading. I've been reading it with great interest because I've also been playing around with themes a lot this last week.
There are so many choices I doubt we would ever be clone. There is so much information on Wealthy Affiliate though I wish I could learn it all.
I started a discussion a week or so back. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/everything-wordpress/favorite-wp-themes. I actually like the look of your site, some themes can do more harm than good. If you could add a nice little logo at the top, kind of brand yourself, I think that would make a huge difference.
