Google Followers and Following
I wonder if people realise how to get this information. Probably, but just in case, here goes.
When you start Google+, click on your 'Profile' button on the left and you will see the number of followers just under your name.
Just under the 'Profile' button there is a 'People' button. Clicking this will take you to a different page and at the top in the middle, there is a 'Following' button. Clicking this will tell you how many people you are following.
If we've been doing our homework dilligently, those numbers should be very similar. Unfortunately, there seems to be a difference. It is so easy to follow people back, it takes a couple of mouse clicks.
If you click 'Followers' in the 'People' section, you can see if you're following them or not. You see their picture, name and the word 'FOLLOWING' or 'FOLLOW'. If it says 'FOLLOW' then click it and change this to 'FOLLOWING'. Very simple.
I think this is the easiest way to do this. I used to manage this via notifications and diligently follow back all those who followed me, but it looks like some do slip through the cracks.
Come on people - let's so this any help our fellow WA members. You know it makes sense.
