The journey of buddhism begins from Buddha. Buddha was born in Lumbini, Nepal. His real name was Siddharth / Gautham. He followed Brahmacharya. He got enlightend under a pipal
tree.
He studied in Bihar Bodhgaya, at India.
All country people followed there order as per instructions given in Buddha book.
mostly Tibbetian , Nepal, Japan, Shree Lanka, China, India etc. Peoples followed there order.
He died in Kushi Nagar, India.
I like Buddhism prayer because that prayer are very peaceful and mind power raises.
For success, peoples obey there rules in terms of mindology and meditation also they follow
yogasan.
