Post Thanksgiving Rant?
Been watching some, to be blunt, nasty videos from yesterday from around the US showing people acting more like rabid animals than human beings. Over what? A smart TV, a cell phone, an Xbox or some other piece of equipment Kicking, scratching, elbowing and fighting with other people and for what, to save a few bucks? I saw no less than 5 different scenarios that was so bad, the police were called in to stop people from killing each other. Fights broke out at several different malls just over the fact someone else got the last so-called TV deal. Really? Is this what we have become, an Indignant society just to get the latest "Smart Item" before someone else does? Sad, just sad.
Personally, I find it much easier to stay at home, have some left overs and shop online. You can get just about the same deal as you could at the store or mall, without the elbow to the ribs. P.S. If you wait a few weeks, that item you want just might be even cheaper after Christmas, so.....load up your sites with affiliates and turn your Family, Friends & Associates loose on your dotcoms and enjoy! I'm just saying...
Happy Holidays

I agree!!! I stopped going out on Black Friday many years ago. I actually prefer to shop on Cyber Monday, as I think the deals are better then.
It's really sad about how human beings have become ignorant. Your post was very informative especially about the affiliate links
Thank goodness for online shopping!
It was either go shopping or use that money to take advantage of the WA Black Friday special...not even a slight temptation. Just waiting for my money to clear then I can sign up on Monday. That's all the excitement I need!
I agree! I am not sure you could pay me to get out and about on black Friday in that mess! I can't recall the last time I went out shopping during that time...Sounds like Black Friday and Boxing day are becoming one and the same...Haa! Nasty!
You're correct on that. My sister lives in Ottawa and says it's just as bad as Blk Friday. Have a great day.
People go nuts for a deal. Boxing day used to be like this here in Canada (not to the extent of these videos, but line ups).
Ever since things became "Black Friday month" and "Boxing Day months", people get less excited about these events and have the tendency to stay home and shop online instead of sitting in a line (which in essence, has lead to no lines anywhere).
This is a great thing for all of us that our online marketers and affiliate marketers as people are moving most of their spending online now and most of their Christmas shopping budgets online. It is a beautiful thing!
Yes I know, my sister lives in Ottawa and has told me quite a few stories. I would love to see the day that the Black Friday is no longer a go to the mall/store gig. It causes so much trouble and so unnecessary. Shop Online and help save humanity....

I don’t fight the crowds. It’s not worth it.
