Hi, Dawna! It's great to be a member of WA! Kyle and Carson certainly had our best interests in mind when they provided everyone who uses the free Wordpress interfaces for their websites with this ability to convert to this different security technology.

In case new members who recently joined have an issue with completing the set-up in changing the site over to https://, Marion Black provided great training on how to do this. Unfortunately, it does take a bit of doing to complete the entire process.

However, truly it is not all that difficult to do. Here is Marion's training that she provided for all members here at WA several months ago: SSL: Activation, No Padlock, Mixed Content and Google Search Console .

I only recently changed over and my site (as a few others) the Traffic fell right off but I am sure it will get itself sorted out. I am just pressing on and keeping consistent!
