If you are going to create an series is it better to wait to submit?

When you are writing up a blog series and you plan on submitted the work to an article submission service ... is it better to have them all written and then submit them in a timely manner or not?

I don't think it matters I would think that would be a personal preference thing, then you don't need to worry about rushing to do the next if they are all ready,,,and you can set it up where they are published on the days you want. (just my thoughts)
Articles don`t really matter unless were talking 100`s; it might look like black hat work. And why release a series all at once on your site? Wouldn`t be much of a series IMO.

Article submission service? I think I would stay away from that. They typically won't help your efforts in the long run. You will get a big boost but then your stats will tank and you will be left with nothing to show for all your hard work.
You are better off adding 2-3 a week at Street Articles or Ezine Articles. These will help your site along.
