Hello everyone,

Just wanted to write some of my thoughts today on learning about your business, yourself, self-improvement, reading, time for you to become new.

A few years back when I was first starting out in network marketing my sponsor was pretty worthless and his theory was recruit them however possible and the more you recruit the more chance you have of them staying in and the more commission you stand to earn. Well that really did not work well for me and did not set well with my standard of wanting to do business.

I felt like if I brought you into the business any business that it was my responsibility to teach and guide you to make money and If I did that you would stay and we would make money together and if I taught you properly you would teach your people to teach their people and everyone would make money and education would be the key to our success.

My worthless sponsor thought I was stupid and said it would never work the way I planned it out. Well, He was Wrong, It did work and it works today. But the self-improvement starts with you. People look up to you and they will do what you do. Leaders are not born they are created by leaders to make their business stronger and long lasting. Did you get that?

One of the books I recommend is an old book but still has the same meaning today as it did when it was originally published that book is:

You Can't Afford The Luxury Of A Negative Thought- (by) Peter Mcwilliams. It comes from the life 101 series. one of my favorite excerpts is ( I have never made but one prayer to God, "O Lord, make my enemies ridiculous" And God granted it. Quote of Voltaire

The second book I would like to recommend is: Strive To Excel by Vince Lombardi. One of my Favorite sayings by Vince is: Confidence is contagious. So is the lack of Confidence - Vince Lombardi.
