Are you a sacrificial lamb
Some of us wake up in the morning with the responsibilities of caring for the needs of others. Wives and mother's especially fit this mold, waking up early to make sure everyone gets off early to work and school on time.
Then on top of this there's making lunches, grocery shopping, paying bills, after school activities, cooking, cleaning, then setting aside time for meaningful conversation when everyone gets home. Exhausted yet?
Then put on top of this some romance, exercise, reading and possibly some down time, doesn't leave a lot of time for wives and mum's to work on what they want to do
In time this can lead to a load of regret. Then feelings of bitterness can set in then maybe resentment.
lets encourage our love one's that we do truly appreciate everything and efforts they do for the benefits of the family. What a shame that wives and mother's become a sacrificial lamb for the family.
Give yourself the time to express yourself in the work that you truly love. It's not that you love your family any less rather finding your authentic self benefits the whole family
Rock on you hard-working ladies out there
Respect
Dave

Great words of wisdom here. We must never take each other for granted. We should always show appreciation for one another here, especially those closest to us. Words of love and positive encouragement are always valid. ( I am preaching to myself included here) Thanks for sharing here.
Well said, Dave! This can also apply to those who are caring for others, whether it's family members or someone else's loved ones. Your appreciation for your hard-working wife must be what prompted this post. :) Thanks for sharing!

How true!
My Dad just turned 92, and after losing Mom several years ago he realized how much hard work she actually did all those years as a homemaker.
Thanks for reminding us never to take anyone for granted, tomorrow isn’t promised!
All the best,
KyleAnn
