In the fast-paced world of online business, speed, creativity, and consistency are key. Whether you’re writing blog posts, creating social media content, optimizing for SEO, or crafting email campaigns, having the right tools can make a huge difference.

For me, one of the most valuable tools in my daily workflow is ChatGPT.

1. Creating Content Faster and Easier

As an affiliate marketer and content creator, I need to produce high-quality blog posts regularly. But sometimes, starting from scratch is the hardest part.

With ChatGPT, I can generate a complete blog post outline in minutes. It helps me brainstorm titles, craft introductions, and even write SEO-friendly drafts that I can quickly personalize. No more writer’s block—just a solid starting point that saves me hours.

2. Keyword Suggestions and SEO Optimization

ChatGPT is surprisingly helpful when it comes to basic SEO. I can ask for keyword ideas based on my niche, generate meta descriptions, and get advice on internal linking strategies. When combined with tools like Jaaxy or Ubersuggest, I get the perfect mix of AI support and data-driven insights.

3. Social Media & Email Content Creation

Need a catchy Instagram caption? A YouTube video description? A full email sequence to promote your new blog post?

ChatGPT does it all. I just tell it my goal—like “promote my new blog post about passive income”—and I instantly get polished, engaging content I can tweak and use across multiple platforms.

4. Learning and Solving Problems

Whenever I run into a WordPress issue, plugin error, or even a formatting question inside WA, I often ask ChatGPT first. It’s not a replacement for official support, but it gives me fast, easy-to-understand guidance and often points me in the right direction.

5. Endless Inspiration for New Projects

There are days when ideas just don’t come. That’s when I turn to ChatGPT and ask things like:
“What are some trending affiliate niches in 2025?” or “Give me 10 digital product ideas I can sell online.”
And boom—I'm suddenly full of fresh ideas and motivation.

Combine the power of ChatGPT with the knowledge and training here on Wealthy Affiliate, and you’ll be unstoppable.

Are you using ChatGPT in your online journey? Share your experience below—I’d love to hear how it’s helping you!

Hey Danijel, this is important information and when we use our AI assistant(s) correctly, it could accelerate our business and processes significantly. I have noticed your article is AI-generated, you need to take note and avoid using common AI words and phrases. See my lists below:

🧠 Common AI-Generated Words & Phrases to Watch Out For:
1. Overused "connector" phrases:
"In conclusion"
"It is important to note that..."
"Furthermore"
"Moreover"
"Additionally"
"On the other hand"
"In today’s world"
"In recent years"
"Needless to say"
"It goes without saying"
"As previously mentioned"
"In this article, we will explore..."
(Humans rarely announce what they’ll do in this formal way!)

🔍 More AI-Sounding Phrases and Patterns to Avoid or Rewrite:
1. Empty Generalizations:
"The importance of [topic] cannot be overstated."
"Technology is changing the world as we know it."
"In the modern era..."
"These factors play a crucial role..."
"It plays a vital part in today’s society."
"Throughout history..."
(Yawn. Feels like a high school essay opening.)

2. Pointless Announcements:
"This article will discuss..."
"In the following sections..."
"Let’s dive into the details..."
"We will now explore..."
"To understand this better, we must first look at..."
(Humans just do it. They don’t announce it.)

3. Weirdly Formal Language (Nobody Talks Like This):
"In light of the aforementioned factors..."
"Pertaining to the topic at hand..."
"Prior to the implementation of..."
"Henceforth, it can be seen that..."
(AI's secret love affair with the 1800s.)

4. Fake Authority Statements:
"Experts agree that..." (but no source or quote follows)
"Research shows that..." (without specifics)
"It is widely believed that..."
(If no name, no data, no example = sounds fishy.)

5. Robotic Repetition:
Repeating the exact same phrase too close together, like:
"This tool is useful because this tool allows you to..."
"Productivity tools help with productivity in the workplace."
(Humans naturally vary their wording.)

6. "Keyword stuffing" feel:
"The best time management app for time management tasks..."
"If you want a time management tool that manages your time..."
(Clearly written for Google, not for humans. Ouch.)

7. Clunky Pseudo-Positivity:
"This solution is truly revolutionary."
"An incredible opportunity awaits..."
"A game-changing innovation in the industry..."
"A significant breakthrough that will change everything..."
(Sounds like copy straight from an AI or an infomercial.)

8. Excessive 'value claim' padding:
"This method is both efficient and effective."
"Provides high-quality, reliable results."
"Ensures optimal performance and success."
(...but never explains how or why—very AI-ish.)

9. Stiff transitions:
"In other words..."
"To put it simply..."
"As a result..." (when used every paragraph)
"To summarize everything discussed..."
(Humans switch topics more fluidly—or clumsily, which feels natural.)

10. Odd "faux empathy" lines AI loves:
"We all know how challenging life can be."
"Everyone faces obstacles on their journey."
"It's safe to say that change is inevitable."
"At one point or another, we’ve all been there."
(Sounds like it's trying too hard to connect. Real people get specific—like “Remember the last time your phone died in traffic?”)

11. "Corporate Buzzword Soup":
"Empower your potential"
"Synergize your strategy"
"Leverage cutting-edge technology"
"Drive scalable solutions"
"Unlock next-generation innovation"
(Nobody talks like this unless they’re trapped in a LinkedIn marketing loop.)

12. Tired CTA phrases (Call to Action):
"Don’t wait—get started today!"
"Take the first step towards success!"
"Contact us now to learn more!"
"Your journey begins here!"
(Ugh. Real humans give specifics: “Book your free 20-min consult now.”)

🎨 "Humanize it" Bonus Suggestions:
✔️ Use imperfection on purpose:
"Maybe you’ve tried this and failed. I have too."

✔️ Break a sentence suddenly:
"Sounds crazy, right? But it’s true."

✔️ Use metaphors or mini-stories:
"It’s like trying to herd cats during a thunderstorm."

✔️ Dare to express doubt:
"Honestly, this surprised me when I found out."

Wow, thanks for sharing this man, I appreciate it!

Thanks for this information!

No problem!

Hey HeinV, appreciate you taking the time to share that list — honestly, it’s sharper than most of the “AI detection” stuff I’ve come across. 🙌

You’re absolutely right: some of those phrases do pop up too often, especially when folks hit “generate” and copy-paste without thinking twice. I’ve seen articles where “in today’s world” shows up like a bad penny in every other paragraph. 😂

That said, not every use of those phrases automatically screams “AI wrote this.” Sometimes they just… fit. Like, I’m not gonna break out a Shakespearean metaphor every time I want to say “on the other hand,” right?

I personally try to write the way I speak — with some structure, sure, but not like I’m narrating a corporate training video. If I ever slip into robot-mode, fair game to call it out. But if it feels human, adds value, and actually makes someone want to keep reading? That’s my north star.

Anyway, your list’s a solid reminder to keep it real — not just grammatically, but emotionally. So thanks for putting it out there.

All the best,
RudaBj

Thank you for your valuable feedback! Really appreciated.

Hey man, how are you doing?

Pozz Danijel,
hvala na pitanju, dobro sam i lagano napredujem. Vidim da si pojačao aktivnosti na platformi i želim ti još mnogo korisnih objava!

I use ChatGPT on a daily basis. Yesterday, I had it create a 7 day diabetic friendly meal plan with recipes. Most of the time, I use ChatGPT to improve my grammar.

Definitely the best tool to speed up the whole process when it comes to the online business.

1

Just curious, when you say grow business, does anything of that new content appear in Google?

2

My site is abuzz with new activity from Google, it is slow but starting to come back after a huge drop. Early post from AI were atrocious but the systems are getting far better trained.

2

My sites have never recovered, and I think this will remain so forever, totally ignored by Google. On the other hand, I still type posts myself, AI cannot write me about my mountaineering tours. Use Grok only as an additional tool, to write a conclusion or summary.

2

Watch everything VitaliyG posts on here. He is in the same niche and is using social media to crush the numbers Google once sent to his site.

1

Well, yeah, its hard because of AI blogs but still ranking good so far

Maybe its time to focus on other sources of traffic, YouTube is great btw

1

YT is probably great as it is, but from my bad experience people do not come in great numbers to the site from there.

1

I agree, the same for me but still, even a low % of traffic is great, better than nothing.

1

This is a great attitude.

For sure!

Yes, I agree that ChatGPT is very very useful. Except I noticed one thing. ...When it comes to giving original ideas for natural remedies to heal eczema, ChatGPT. was very limited in what it came up with.

I tried rephrasing the prompt - For example Hi ChatGPT - you are a nutritionist. What home remedies are useful for treating eczema naturally?

I noticed that while I talked about liver flushing and colon cleansing - ChatGPT did not go into such detail. Instead, it always suggested seeing your local GP for severe cases.

However, I know from experience, that once a person follows the correct body cleansing protocol, diet regime and environmental cleansing plus lifestyle changes, eczema can be totally reversed.

But then - ChatGPT is still only a baby AI and has a lot to learn!

1

There is truth there Stella haha, thanks for your time, I really appreciate it!

Thank you, I will still use ChatGPT though...

It is very good in giving me tips to revamp my site. In fact anything Wordpress related, Chat has got down to a T....👍

True!

I use ChatGPT every way I can. Today, I even had to use it as a Dr and it was very helpful for me. I keep looking for new ways to use AI every chance I get.
