Day 9 - Bang on Shedule

29th January 2016...

After a little over a week of hard work, dedication, and at some moments pulling my hair out, I now have my website! (I'll leave the domain name at the bottom if you want to take a look after.) It's been a roller coaster.

I've so far filled my site with a little content, glammed it up slightly, and I'm really quite pleased with how it's shaping up. I'm actually relatively ahead of my 10 day goal plan. This means I have completed the course 1 lessons, chosen my niche and set up my site, purchased premium and began the premium courses. I'm actually already up to lesson 3 of the second course, and will be creating my site email after I finish this blog.

I was dubious at first to go to premium. The money factor was a big worry because I don't have much to spare, however I decided that since I'm this far in I shouldn't quit now. Not after all the hard work I've put in and the hours that I have dedicated. So far, I have no regrets with going premium. The resources at my disposal make me feel like I can't fail and this spurs me on to keep going every day. Don't get me wrong, some days I really just want to relax - but then I remember my goals.

Since I'm ahead of my 10 day plan (and vice versa ahead altogether) I've decided to take some time to have a cool down period. I'm not running away; I'll still be doing a few hours of work a night. I just have some other commitments with a qualification I'm doing alongside my job that has to be completed by Monday. As soon as that's finished I no longer have to worry about getting it done and I can make some more headway with my site.

But all in all, I'm happy with my progress. I've also been helping a lot of other new WA members with their issues over the past couple of days. Due to this my rank has shot up from 100K+ to 1394! Every little step is a step closer to my end goal.
