Is it smart to submit a new sitemap to the search engines everytime you change something on your site if you are doing well with search engine rankings now? Will that effect rankings for blog post? Meaming if you have a post ranked on 1st page google and then submit a new sitemap, will blog possible lose 1st page ranking. Thanks!
