Small success = Big motivation
Just over a year ago I started work on my first niche site here at WA, and I put a lot of thought and a lot of work into it.
I chose what I thought was a good niche that I had some interest in and at the same time I wanted to encourage my son to get involved, so we settled on Lego Star Wars toys. Cool.
We worked on it for about 6 months, set it up with Google Ads, Amazon and ebay affiliate links and kept on adding new stuff and working on the design and layout until it looked good...
And then we kind of lost interest.
I started putting more time and effort into my WA Affiliate site and found that I was more interested in that as a 'real' business.
And I kind of decided that I'd just let the Lego site tick over until I could think of what to do, maybe sell it...
Anyway, I've been planning a new health-related site and was looking at Google Analytics. And I thought I'd just check my Adsense account, and it's been making a few dollars in my absence.
Then I thought I'd check my Ebay Partner Network affiliate account, and wow, it's also been making money for me. And I haven't touched this site for 6 months.
So now, I have to decide what to do. This site gets regular Google traffic, and makes money...
What would you do?

"Toiling" is certainly not a word I would associate with my online efforts, but I guess I know what you mean!
Congrats on the success. I had a similar experience with one of my websites which I had let sit dormant for a while.
I guess I would agree with Shawn's advice, though you could also put it out there for sale at a cost that you'd be comfortable selling it at, but continue to build it up and make money on it until/unless you get an offer you can't refuse :)

I would not let that one get away, add more stuff and let it flourish to
