Over the weekend I was inspired to start a new hobby site, and I used the siterubix free domain to set up a test site and try some things out.
Of course the niche is really the most important thing, and sometimes these things are right under our noses and we just don't see them. I wonder why I didn't think of this niche 2 years ago!
Anyway, the time is right now, so I uploaded my favorite theme to the test site, played around with some header images on my favorite header creator (Serif Pageplus) and worked out the layout in a couple of hours, then wrote a blog post just to see what it would all look like.
I was pleased at what I could accomplish in just a day so I left it over Sunday and came back to it today and thought "It's good, let's do this!"
So over to namecheap to purchase the domain, and then back to WA to that amazing little button called "move".
If you haven't discovered "move" yet, it's sitting there in the siterubix sitebuilder.
With a click of a button I am able to transfer my test site to the full domain name, as is, with all the content and graphics. Wow! I just saved myself hours and hours of work.
