I read a story about two colors of ostriches. Supposedly the grey ones bury their heads in the sand.

The blue ones relax in the bushes, awaiting their moment.
(Yeah, I was wondering about this, too!)
UPDATE:
The "Head in the Sand" myth...
According to Wikipedia, and contrary to popular belief, ostriches DO NOT bury their heads in the sand to avoid danger.

They do sometimes stick their heads in the sand to swallow sand and pebbles, which may aid their digestion.
National Geographic suggests, due to their defensive behavior of lying low, they may appear, at a distance, to have their head buried.
Ostriches also keep their eggs in holes in the sand, instead of in nests, and they rotate the eggs with their beaks during incubation. This behavior may be mistaken for burying their heads in the sand.
Furthermore, according to "The Animal Guide," an ostrich "is equipped with long, muscular legs, built for running." They can sprint short distances at a speed of 43 miles per hour, and run longer distances at a speed of 31 miles per hour, which means they can simply outrun most predators.
Also, they can deliver damaging kicks with their powerful legs, causing serious harm or death to potential predators, utilizing a 4-inch talon on each foot!
In short, they don't need to bury their head in the sand.
Kind of blows a hole in my Blog premise, though, doesn't it?
I've gotta tell you, I liked the idea of that crafty blue ostrich, cooling his heels in the bushes, waiting for his "moment," when the unsuspecting grey ostrich "buries his (or her) head in the sand."
I'm still not sure if this is supposed to be a male/female thing, or just an Alpha Male Ostrich going "Look at that wimp with his head in the sand...I'm gonna kick the livin' crap out of him!"
Heck, I honestly couldn't even confirm that the situation even occurs, between the blue and the grey ostrich!
But, if it does...
Be the blue ostrich!
